Our service is simple! You upload your pictures by filling out a form and attaching your folder during checkout, and we convert them into high-quality Snapz. Once they’re ready, we ship them directly to your address.

2. What kind of pictures can I upload?
You can upload JPEG, PNG, and other common picture formats. We recommend high-resolution pictures for the best print quality. Once you have selected all your pictures, put them in a file and upload it in the checkout form.

3. How long does it take to process and ship my order?
Processing your pictures usually takes 2-3 business days. Shipping times vary depending on your location, but typically, delivery within the UK takes 5-7 business days. For international orders, shipping may take up to 10-15 business days.

4. How do I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, we’ll send you a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can monitor its status.

5. Can I cancel or change my order after it’s placed?
We start processing the pictures as soon as the order has been placed, so please contact us as soon as possible and we will try our best to make the changes or cancel your order.

6. What if there’s a problem with my Snapz?
If you receive damaged or incorrect Snapz, please email us within 3 days of receiving your order, and we’ll work to resolve the issue with a replacement or refund.

7. How do you handle my pictures?
We take your privacy seriously. Your pictures are securely stored while we process your order and are deleted from our system once the Snapz are delivered and the customer is satisfied. For more details, please refer to our Privacy Policy.

8. Can I request special edits or customizations?
If you have specific requests, please contact us via Instagram @retrosnaps.shop or email polaroidstudioz@gmail.com. Extra charges may apply.

9. Do you ship internationally?
While we primarily focus on shipping within the UK, we can accept international orders. Shipping costs and times may vary based on your location, which will be shown during checkout.

10. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept most major credit cards and payment platforms such as PayPal, Visa, MasterCard, and more. All transactions are secure and encrypted.

12. What if I uploaded too many or too few pictures?
If the number of pictures you upload is less than the number you ordered, we will include some pictures from our exquisite pack of photographers' pictures. If you upload more than the number you ordered, we will select that quantity of pictures, and the extra will be discarded.

13. What if I want square Snapz, but my pictures are landscape or portrait?
We use AI to detect the best parts of your pictures with the most subjects, but we cannot guarantee it will be the part you prefer. We recommend uploading pictures in the ratio of the Snapz you want.
